After more than 10 years dedicated to wealth advice, David Levy founded DiverInvest in 2009 (registered as EAF no. 15 in the CNMV). Just a few months later, we encountered one of the largest global crises, which we successfully navigated, preserving the capital of all our clients.

David Levy is an economist, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ramon Llull University. He studied at the French Lycée in Barcelona.
He is the representative of the Association of Financial Advisory Companies (ASEAFI) in Catalonia.
He began his professional career in 1997 as a wealth advisor at the investment bank Merrill Lynch (New York). Subsequently, he held the position of Vice President at the Barcelona and Madrid offices.
He has also worked as a private banker at the Swiss bank Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch.
In 2007, he founded DiverInvest Partners, a financial advisory firm with a Family Office philosophy.
In 2009, and to comply with new regulations, he established DiverInvest EAFI, an Independent Financial Advisory Company, authorized and supervised by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
As General Manager, David oversees all areas of DiverInvest. He personally outlines the main action plans for each investment portfolio.
Since 2007, he has also been leading migranodearena, a non-profit organization that aims to promote social action among companies, individuals, and NGOs.

He is a Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and was a CFA Charterholder from 1998 to 2013.
He has a 25-year professional career in national and international banking.
He started his career as a financial analyst at the Research Department of the Barcelona Stock Exchange and later worked at GESIURIS and GAESCO GESTIÓN.
He created GAM Columbus, a fund managed by Global Asset Management, and collaborated with GAM in its early stages in Spain.
For six years, he pursued his career at the Barcelona and London offices of Merrill Lynch.
During the 1999-2000 academic year, he held the position of Secretary General at IESE.
As Director of Product and a member of the Investment Committee at DiverInvest, Javier is responsible for evaluating the various products offered in the market and selecting those that best fit our clients’ profiles. He also participates in the investment proposal specifically designed for each client, taking into account their characteristics and needs.

He joined the Diverinvest team in 2014 as a global specialist in investments and markets, becoming a part of the Investment Committee.
She is an economist and actuary from the UB, with a double degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences and in Economics, and she is also a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA), a title awarded by EFFAS.
She has a 25-year professional career in national banking and capital markets.
She began her professional career at Caixa Catalunya and has worked as an investment manager and analyst at BanSabadell Inversión and InverCaixa, among others.
She has also academically collaborated with the Faculty of Economics at UB, balancing her career with teaching.
Xavier holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona, as well as the certifications of Chartered International Investment Analyst (CIIA) and Chartered European Financial Analyst (CEFA). He has been working in the financial sector since 2006.
Throughout his professional career, he has worked at companies such as Ahorro Corporación, GVC Gaesco, and Everis BPO, among others.

Manuel has an extensive professional career in the financial sector. He has been Director of Commercial Banking Branches in various Financial Institutions, and for over 12 years, he was responsible for Private Banking at Altae Banco (Caja Madrid/Bankia Group) in Catalonia.
At DiverInvest, Manuel determines the client’s investment profile and designs their investment portfolios.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, an MBA from ESADE, and has also completed the General Management Program at IESE (PDG).
Carina has an extensive professional career in financial advising and planning, which began at AB Asesores, where she worked as a Financial Analyst and Commercial Director. For 10 years, she served as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, and later, at CaixaBank, she worked as the Private Banking Director.
At DiverInvest, Carina, as a Financial Advisor, carries out the overall financial planning for clients in coordination with the Investment Portfolios team.
Degree in administration and business management.
Mireia joined the DiverInvest team in 2011. Her professional experience covers the areas of Investment, Asset and Commercial Advice, as well as the Legal area. Throughout her professional career she has collaborated with different companies as a financial advisor and has also been part of the investment department of Cahispa Seguros S.A., among others.
Mireia is responsible for the Portfolio Department and, as such, for the implementation of investment strategies and their daily monitoring.
Graduated in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, with a strong interest in the financial world. Previously, he completed an internship at UpBizor, the successful startup focused on obtaining non-dilutive funding for other startups and SMEs.
At DiverInvest, he is part of the Investment Portfolios department.
Graduated in Business Administration and Management from the International University of Catalonia and Master’s in Financial and Accounting Management from the Barcelona School of Management, UPF.
Enric has developed his professional career in the banking sector at Deutsche Bank and in financial sector auditing at KPMG.
At DiverInvest, Enric is part of the Investment Portfolios team, responsible for monitoring and controlling clients, as well as implementing and reviewing the defined investment strategies.

With extensive experience in the financial sector, he began his professional career first at Caixa de Catalunya and later at Mútua dels Enginyers. As a financial advisor, he joins DiverInvest’s Portfolio Department to take responsibility for implementing clients’ investment strategies and daily portfolio monitoring.

He was a member of the UPF Investment Club and has personal experience in American stock market investments.
An expert in Internal Audit, Middle Office, and Data Management Department, as well as a software developer and database administrator, Cristina has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, specifically at GVC Gaesco.
Throughout her professional career, she has collaborated with various entities in the areas of control, operations, and systems.
At DiverInvest, Cristina holds the position of Head of the Data Management Department, providing support to the Portfolio Department.
Cristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Investments from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a Diploma in Business Sciences with a specialization in Management Informatics from the University of Vigo.
In the last 15 years, she has worked in the Data Management Department of the Operations Department at GVC Gaesco, having previously been part of the Accounting Departments of various companies in the Advisory and Insurance sector.
At DiverInvest, Cristina is part of the Data Management Department , providing support to the Portfolio Department.
Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona. She holds a Postgraduate degree specializing in corporate lawyers from Abat Oliba University and a Master’s in Tax Advisory and Management from the ESADE Law School. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Laura has extensive professional experience of over 25 years in providing comprehensive tax advice to individuals and businesses in various professional firms, primarily at Consultores de Economía y Tributos (CETSA). She has developed her career in various areas, with a particular focus on advising family businesses’ taxation and restructuring the assets of individuals.
Laura joins Diverinvest Fiscal y Legal in the tax department with the aim of providing comprehensive advice to our clients.
Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona.
He took competitive exams for the judiciary and the prosecution before starting his professional career, which spans over 25 years. Initially, he worked as a corporate lawyer at the real estate group AMREY, and later as a lawyer specializing in commercial and civil law at professional firms like Consultores de Economía y Tributos (CET).
With extensive experience in the field of corporate law, he has held the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors in various companies throughout his career.
Josep joins DiverInvest Fiscal y Legal as the head of the legal department with the aim of providing comprehensive advice to our clients.
Graduate in Law from the University of Barcelona, he completed a Master’s Degree in Tax Consulting and Management from the ESADE Law School. He has developed his career as a lawyer and tax advisor at Garrigues, Economic and Tax Consultants (CETSA), as external lawyer at BBVA and in his own office.
Ignacio joins the Tax and Legal department of DiverInvest, with the aim of expanding the Tax area of the firm.
Graduated in Law from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
He completed a Master’s in Tax Advisory and Management at the ESADE Law School and holds the title of Expert in International Taxation from the same institution.
He has developed his career in various fields as a lawyer and tax advisor at CETSA and Vidacaixa.
Carlos joins Diverinvest’s Tax and Legal Department with the goal of providing comprehensive advice to our clients.
Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona, with an Extraordinary Academic Award, she completed a Master’s Degree in Law, specializing in Corporate Law. She has experience in corporate law, contracts and in mergers and acquisitions, both with national and multinational private companies as well as public entities. Marta joins Diverinvest’s Tax and Legal department with the aim of providing comprehensive advice on Corporate Law and M&A.
Diploma in Business Sciences from the Higher Institute of Marketing in Barcelona. Master’s in Financial Management from EADA and Postgraduate in Strategic Communication Management from ESADE, respectively. In 2000, she was appointed as the Communication Manager at MANGO, where she had a 15-year career. Subsequently, she transitioned to the real estate sector and currently oversees the DiverInvest Partners business line, which was created to meet clients’ needs in real estate advisory.
Master in Cybersecurity from La Salle BCN and courses in Administration and Finance from the Institut Obert de Catalunya (IOC).
Abraham joined the DiverInvest team in January 2014. His professional experience spans the areas of cybersecurity, IT infrastructure management and data protection in the financial sector. Throughout his career, he has led the implementation of advanced security measures and managed information protection in various companies.
Abraham is responsible for the IT and Cybersecurity Department at DiverInvest.
Noemí has studied Design at The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale in Florida and later in the School of Felicidad Duce of Barcelona. Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Image Consulting and Event Organization from ESDI, and she has worked in the design field for 16 years.
At DiverInvest, she is responsible for Communication and Media Relations. She manages social media and is responsible for organizing company events, as well as advertising campaigns and both internal and external communication.
She has obtained technical training in Business Administration. Throughout her extensive professional career, she has performed accounting, administration, and finance roles in companies in the meat and automotive sectors.
