Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona, with an Extraordinary Academic Award, she completed a Master’s Degree in Law, specializing in Corporate Law. She has experience in corporate law, contracts and in mergers and acquisitions, both with national and multinational private companies as well as public entities. Marta joins Diverinvest’s Tax and Legal department with the aim of providing comprehensive advice on Corporate Law and M&A.
