Neix per a canalitzar i regular una donaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica que queda afectada a un fi concret com poden ser beques a estudiants o la financiaci\u00f3 d&#8217;investigacions cient\u00edfiques concretes.<br \/>\nEl pasat dijous 27 de Novembre, vam organitzar juntament amb <strong>Cuatrecasas Gon\u00e7alves Pereira<\/strong> una confer\u00e8ncia sobre <em>Com construir el meu Endowment?<\/em>, dirigit a Institucions, Fundacions i ONGs.<br \/>\nEls aspectes jur\u00eddics i fiscals van ser explicats per en Guillermo Vidal i en H\u00e9ctor Urrutia de <strong>Cuatrecasas<\/strong>, mentres que la gesti\u00f3 financera del Endowment va ser a c\u00e0rrec de David Levy de <strong>Diverinvest<\/strong> .<br \/>\nEn l&#8217;Estat espanyol no existeix encara una legislaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica que reguli els Endowments, per\u00f2 a Catalunya trobem una figura que \u00e9s podr\u00eda aproximar i que est\u00e0 a mig cam\u00ed entre la \u201cFundaci\u00f3\u201d i el \u201cEndowment\u201d. Es tractar\u00eda del \u201cFons especial\u201d, aix\u00ed anomenat a la llei i que es podr\u00eda constituir dins d&#8217;una Fundaci\u00f3 per a un fin concret.<br \/>\nPel que fa a la gesti\u00f3 financera del capital constitu\u00eft, Diverinvest va recordar els important\u00edssim&nbsp;capitals que mantenen moltes Universitats i Fundacions privades sota la figura del Endowment, i ens va explicar les diferents alternatives d&#8217;inversi\u00f3 a llarg termini per a conseguir els rendiments que s&#8217;estableixen com a objetiu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Endowment t\u00e9 una llarga tradici\u00f3 en el m\u00f3n anglosax\u00f3, sobretot en el sector de les Universitats.
